  1. How do I import links into a project?

Please take an export of your project before importing any data!

Go here: https://www.linkbuildingtoolbar.com/my-projects/ then click on the project you want to import to. You have a choice of import rules which allow you to:

    1. Remove all existing project links in our system before importing your links.
This lets you basically start from scratch
    2. Overwrite existing links in our system using the details from the import
This lets you update any duplicate links using the info from your import
    3. Ignore existing links in our system if they exist in the import
This lets you import data but only add new links to the project and ignore any duplicate entries
  2. Is there a template spreadsheet I can download and populate?

    Yep here you go: www.hitreach.co.uk/downloads/Link-Building-Toolbar-Import-Template.xls

Once you have populated it you should Save As > Text (Tab Delimited) (*.txt) and then import that version.
