1. Visit http://www.opensiteexplorer.org
2. Enter the same url as you used for your project URL and click Search
3. In the drop downs choose
1. Show all Links
2. From only external pages
3. to pages on this root domain (change this if need be)
4. and show links ungrouped
4. Press Filter
5. Click Download CSV

1. Visit https://www.linkbuildingtoolbar.com/my-projects/ and choose the project you want to import to
2. In the Import Data box:
1. Select an overwrite rule
2. Click the browse button and select your local csv file
3. Choose SEOmoz as your data format
4. Click Import Data

It may take a while to upload if there's a lot of information. Once it's finished you'll see a yellow box appear with the number of links which have been added.
